Working

The data acquisition module (DAM) collects the start time and cycle stop time of machines.

The cycle time is prefed along with the loading / unloading time.

With a power analytical software this data is processed for calculations of total down time.

Machine wise effective run hours are also calculated with this.

The data also gives total production and time between 2 consecutive cycles.
