  • Heaters are used in a variety of machines and equipment's.

    When a heater breaks, the process temperature decreases but the supervisor notices it later.

    Till then the damage is already done.

    We manufacture a heater break alarm system that monitors individual heater.

    If any of the heaters break, it raises an alarm indicating that heater.


    Working


    The heater controller consists of current transducers(CT) and a control unit. The heater wires are passed through individual CT's.

    The CT's are connected to the controller. One CT is configured to one output. When a heater breaks, the current becomes zero.

    The CT detects it and the corresponding relay output is generated from controller indicating the broken heater.


    Another system of cumulative current measurement is also available.
